A Space to Feel Supported

Held Space Wellness brings independent practitioners together in Boone, Iowa, with a shared intention: to make thoughtful, compassionate care easier to find.

We believe there should be room in your life for care that centers you—your needs, your experiences, and the person you are beyond the responsibilities you carry.

Held Space was created to make that room.

Here, a range of services and approaches come together under one roof, in a welcoming environment where you can explore what feels right for you.

Different Approaches.
Shared Values.

Finding support can mean navigating different offices, providers, and unfamiliar options. Our shared wellness clinic brings those options closer together, making it easier to connect with practitioners and build relationships you trust.

Each provider operates independently, bringing their own expertise, perspective, and approach to care. What connects them is a commitment to professionalism, compassion, and respect for the people walking through our doors.

Whether you’re here for a specific service or beginning to make more space for your well-being, you deserve to feel informed, comfortable, and heard.

Sandy Lee, LMT | Owner of Held Space

With more than 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, Sandy brings a deep appreciation for thoughtful, individualized care to her role as owner of Held Space Wellness.

Her vision for Held Space began with a simple belief: care should feel more connected, more supportive, and easier to access. By bringing independent practitioners together under one roof, she is creating a welcoming place where people can explore different approaches to wellness, build trusted relationships, and find support that fits their needs.

That same care extends to the practitioners who make Held Space their professional home. Sandy is committed to cultivating a calm, collaborative environment where providers feel supported in their work and can build sustainable practices.

As her focus shifts from hands-on massage to guiding the clinic’s growth, Sandy hopes to thoughtfully expand the services available to the community while preserving what matters most: a space where people feel welcome, respected, and cared for.

Supporting the People Who Provide Care

Creating a sustainable practice takes more than a room to work in.

Held Space is designed to offer providers a supportive environment where they can maintain their independence, connect with fellow practitioners, and feel part of a professional community.

We believe caring for the people who provide care is part of building a space that serves everyone well.

Held Space will continue to evolve, thoughtfully welcoming new practitioners and services that reflect the needs of our community.

As we grow, our intention remains the same: to create a place where people feel welcome, practitioners feel supported, and care feels personal.
